The project started with documenting the garbage collected in a day ,for a week . Thereafter each group was given an item from the garbage which was then to be translated into an infographic. We followed the journey of a simple matchbox from manufacturing to disposal.

The infographic consists of the entire lifecycle of matchbox particularly- SHIP matches, right from manufacturing to disposal.
The process starts with matchstick and matchbox manufacturing.
Thereafter comes the stacking and packaging of matchbox.After packaging the matchboxes are ready for distribution at wholesalers and retailers.
The graphic also speaks about the afterlife of the matchbox along with the entire history of SHIP safety matches.
Analyzing the various steps that a simple matchbox goes through before ending up in our garbage made us realize the importance of every minute thing that we use and discard without a second thought.
